Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Service Scope

DAK enables scheduling and tracking of car-wash/vacuum services with quotas defined in your plan or contract.

Payments & Invoices

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Taxes may apply. Invoices/receipts are available within your account or via email.

Fair Use

Do not misuse the platform, circumvent quotas, or interfere with service operations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal reasons.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of <JURISDICTION_COURTS>.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
