Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plan Purchases

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no service is consumed.
• Pro-rata refund for partly-used packages (less payment gateway charges) if requested within 7 days.

Slot Cancellations

• Cancel ≥ 3 hours before your slot: no charge.
• Late cancellation/no-show: one wash credit is deducted.

Email <SUPPORT_EMAIL> with your order ID and reason.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
